Mary Hess:  Stylist & Master Esthetician

Serendipity is owned by Mary Hess. Her desire to be in the beauty industry began at age 5 and she has worked diligently to achieve the highest level of expertise and knowledge through her 16 year career. Serendipity's committment to education begins with Mary's drive.  If there is any advanced education, degree, or certification, rest assured she has it or is working towards it.  She she has been an educator and is now a licensed instructor.

Mary is one of a few stylists in the state to pass the rigorous testing for the title Redken Design Certified and Redken Certified Colorist.  She is committed to staying on the forefront of style and developing clean, crisp, looks that ‘fit.’ 

Mary is incredibly passionate about her esthetic work and has attended hundreds of hours of specialized training for facial techniques and body waxing. She is confident in her abilities and is very knowledgeable about skin and its disorders.  She has also finalized the difficult training and testing to become a Dermalogica Expert.  No matter your concern - aging, acne, rosacea or pigmentation, she can design a regimen and help you promote optimal skin health.
